Shortly after we moved into our new home, the wife wanted Venetian Blinds installed.

The installation came with hideous transparent end caps. The bloke installing them said, "We can't get hold of white end caps; they would have to be specially ordered". By the time he had finished the installation, I had gone upstairs, designed and printed off this white end cap.

What a difference it made. Really can't understand why it had to be 'specially ordered'.

This is where Computer Aided Design and a 3D printer comes in very handy !
